SHIPPING POLICY
how does it work?
At StyleSnap, we’ve made the shipping process simple and stress-free, so you can focus on getting beautiful product photos without the hassle. We’ve partnered with Royal Mail as our trusted shipping provider to ensure reliable and fully tracked deliveries both ways.
1. We Send You a Prepaid Shipping Label
You’ll receive a prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 48 label via email after you place your order. It’s already included in your package price, so there’s nothing extra to pay for shipping.
2. Send Us Your Items
Carefully package your products, attach the label, and drop the parcel off at any Royal Mail location. We’ll notify you as soon as it arrives safely at our studio.
3. We Photograph Your Products
Our team will shoot your items according to your selected package. Turnaround times range from 1–3 working days, depending on the package.
4. We Return Your Items
Once your shoot is complete, we’ll return your products using Royal Mail Tracked 48 — fully covered as part of your package, unless the parcel exceeds standard size or weight (see below).
Parcel size and weight limits
Your package price includes return shipping for parcels up to:
Max 20kg
Max dimensions: 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D)
If your parcel exceeds these limits, any additional shipping charges will be added to your final invoice. This policy applies to both sending and returning items.

Please use secure, sturdy packaging to protect your items in transit, and add padding around any delicate pieces to prevent damage.

Make sure each product is clearly labeled, especially if you're sending multiple items — this helps us stay organised and ensures accuracy during the shoot.
