Welcome to StyleSnap. By placing an order with us or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Here’s the lowdown on how we work together. These terms explain what you can expect from us, what we need from you, and how we keep everything running smoothly. Think of it as the roadmap to a hassle-free, high-quality shoot and a great experience all round. Read on to get the full picture.
our services
We keep it simple with three packages: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each one comes with a minimum product count, a set number of images per product, and different levels of editing, all spelled out on our website. Everything happens in-house with expert care. You send us your items, we create stunning shots, then send your products back safe and sound.
The order and booking process
To get started, just fill out our online enquiry form. From there, everything’s handled over email with one of our dedicated StyleSnap team members. You’ll get personalised guidance every step of the way. No bots, no guesswork.
Here's what to expect:

Minimum order applies
Bronze and Silver packages require at least 10 products. Gold starts at 20. This helps us maintain the quality and consistency you’re paying for.

Booking confirmation
Your slot is only secured once we’ve received your full payment or required deposit. Until then, your shoot isn't locked in. We’ll always confirm this with you via email.

Tailored support
Once you're booked, we take care of the details — from confirming your shipping label to prepping your shoot. We may check in with questions about your items, style preferences, or any specific requests. The more we know, the better we shoot.

Honest boundaries
If a booking doesn’t align with what we do (wrong product type, incomplete info, or timing issues), we reserve the right to decline. But don’t worry. If we do, and you’ve paid, you’ll get a full refund, no fuss.

White-glove handling
We treat your products with care from start to finish. You’ll receive full instructions for sending your items safely, and we’re always available to answer questions or guide you through the process.
This isn’t just a drop-and-go service. It’s a collaboration. We’re here to make it smooth, clear, and as high-end as the images we deliver.
pricing and payment
Our prices? What you see is what you pay. Each package is clearly listed on our site and locked in at the time of booking. No sneaky surprises.
We cover standard two-way UK shipping — both to us and back to you — as long as your parcel stays within:

We’ll send you a pre-paid Royal Mail label to get your items to the studio. Return shipping is on us, too.
Going over the size or weight limit?
We’ll let you know, and any extra postage will be invoiced after the shoot.
We take payments via bank transfer.
Nothing gets booked until payment’s in. If we need a deposit to secure your slot, we’ll let you know upfront. That deposit (if required) is non-refundable.
Before we deliver your final images or return your items, your balance needs to be fully paid — no exceptions.
Need extras? More images, retouching, or special requests?
No problem — we’ll quote that separately. If you say yes, payment’s due before we hit send.
item care and liability
We treat your products like our own — carefully, respectfully, and with clean hands.
That said, once your items are in transit (to us or back to you), we rely on Royal Mail to do their part. While we choose trusted couriers and pack items with care, we can’t be held responsible for loss, damage, or theft during shipping — unless something goes seriously wrong on our end (we're talking proven, documented gross negligence).
Got something fragile? Super valuable? One-of-a-kind?
You must let us know in writing before sending it — and you’ll need to arrange the right insurance for peace of mind.
We’ll do everything we can to keep your products safe while they’re with us. But they’re still your property — so if something goes wrong outside our control, we can’t take the fall for it.

No watermarks. No license fees. No usage limits.

Basically, once you’ve paid — they’re all yours to use however you like (as long as it’s legal, of course).
That said, we love what we create — and we’re proud of our work. So unless you ask us not to, we may feature your images in our own marketing:

On our Instagram or other socials
Want to keep your content private or under wraps until launch? Just let us know in writing — we respect confidentiality and won’t share anything unless you’ve given us the go-ahead.
cancellations and refunds
Life happens. We get it.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us a heads-up at least 7 days before your shoot is due to start. That gives us time to reshuffle things and fill your slot.
Cancel 7 or more days in advance? Full refund or a chance to reschedule. Your choice.
Less than 7 days? That slot’s been saved just for you, and by then we’ve probably already prepped. So your payment (or deposit) might be non-refundable. We’ll always try to be fair, but short notice is tough on our end.
Once we’ve shot and delivered your images, that’s it.
No refunds after delivery. You're paying for time, work, and final content. Not just the files.
If your items don’t reach us (or can’t be returned) because of incorrect shipping details, we can’t cover the cost. It’s your responsibility to check the info before sending. Double-check your labels, especially if you're sending multiple boxes.
If something unexpected pops up, reach out.
We're humans, not robots. We’ll always try to find a decent middle ground if we can.
confidentiality
Your stuff stays your stuff.
Anything you share with us — product info, brand details, collection previews, creative direction — is treated as strictly confidential.
We don’t spill secrets.
We don’t share your work.
We don’t talk about your drop before you do.
We’ll only ever share your info if:

It’s necessary to get your shoot done (like giving shipping info to Royal Mail), or
-
We’re legally required to (you know, by the serious people in suits)
Otherwise, what you send us stays between us.
If you're launching something under wraps or need extra privacy, just let us know — we're happy to work around it.
